By the way, the so-called "Patriot Act" allows much more egregious violations of civil liberties than the ones mentioned above. But that's Time Magazine's description - not mine.

I was stunned to hear he extended this. I've been learning that some concessions the President has made have been helpful, but the depths the PATRIOT Act can reach are horrifying and should not be allowed.
